  • 2-Day Shipping (2 Business Days)

  • Next-Day Shipping (1 Business Day)

  • International Shipping Services

Proper Labeling & Transport Coordination

We guarantee all shipments meet carrier regulations for a smooth delivery process.

  • Accurate Labeling: Orders are labeled appropriately, including required hazardous materials notifications.

  • Efficient Transport Coordination: Packages are routed to designated carrier facilities for timely processing.

  • Documentation Support: We provide Bills of Lading and Shipping Manifests when transferring shipments to third-party transportation providers as required.

 
Carrier Liaison & Rate Negotiation

Our logistics team serves as your direct point of contact for carrier management, reducing complexity and maximizing savings.

  • Single-Point Carrier Liaison: We act as an intermediary between you and shipping providers.

  • Negotiated Cost Savings: We work with carriers to secure competitive rates on your behalf.

 
Billing & Cost Management

We simplify shipping cost management by handling billing and reconciliation.

  • Direct Partner Billing: Argo invoices shipping costs directly and manages outstanding balances.

  • Chargebacks Management: Any carrier-imposed fees (e.g., address correction fees, over-labeling, delivery surcharges) are invoiced to the Partner as they are received.

 
Order Consolidation & Splitting

We optimize shipments to reduce costs while maintaining delivery speed.

  • Order Consolidation: Whenever possible, multiple orders are combined into a single shipment to minimize shipping expenses. While this is our standard practice, it is not guaranteed.

  • Order Splitting: In cases where it benefits the Partner, we may divide large orders into smaller shipments to reduce size and weight-related costs.

 
International Shipping Coordination

We help navigate the complexities of international shipping by reducing costs and ensuring compliance.

  • Tax & Fee Optimization: We work with carriers to manage international shipping fees and duties efficiently.

  • Checkout Optimization: We encourage Partners to collect and remit duties and taxes through their sales channels at checkout.

  • Post-Shipment Billing: If duties and taxes are invoiced to Argo on behalf of the Partner, we will bill the Partner accordingly.
