• Dock-to-Stock: Service level agreement of two business days to process all incoming inventory. 

• Specialized Handling: Services such as barcode updates, manufacturing issue corrections, and container unloading are available under specific terms outlined in the Order Table.

• Accuracy Verification: We validate inventory accuracy upon receipt and report any discrepancies to you.

• Relabeling & Barcoding: Items missing or improperly labeled are relabeled or barcoded to ensure compliance.

• Inbound Shipment Coordination: Allow Partners to arrange shipments from manufacturers to our warehouses.

• Comprehensive Returns Processing: Items are inspected, graded, restocked, repackaged, or disposed of based on your specifications.

• Barcoding Services: Any necessary barcoding is invoiced as outlined in the Sales Order.

• Returns Reporting: Detailed reports on returned items are provided to keep you informed.

• Shipping Cost Management: Any postage or applicable shipping costs for returns are invoiced directly to you.
