Rapid Refund Claims

In over seven years and millions of packages shipped, we have never denied an eligible claim. 

 

Rest assured, if any of your domestic shipments are lost or damaged during transit, we will not deny your claim, and we go the extra mile by covering both the shipping cost and the wholesale cost of the affected items.

If a domestic package is lost or damaged, simply navigate to the Claims tab on your Partner Portal by following path: Billing  → Claims.
